The Sidewinder

Lee Morgan is one of the great Jazz trumpet players. His playing has so much character, such a unique sound. He can get a lot of "dirt" in his sound and still make it sound beautiful. The album "The Sidewinder" is a classic. It has such great trumpet playing and really hip music. It's a must for any trumpet player's listening library, whether you are a classical or jazz player.
